Spaces ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Spaces mobile application and this website from Poland. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services.

• Account information: such as your email address and name (if provided by your sign-in provider) when you create an account.
• Photos and content: images of rooms and objects you upload to use features within the app.

• Subscription information:purchase and subscription status processed through Apple's App Store and our payment partners. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Device and diagnostics: basic device and app information used for analytics, performance monitoring, and error reporting.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Spaces app and services.
• Process photos and related data to deliver AI-powered design features you request.
• Manage subscriptions and provide customer support.
• Understand product usage, monitor performance, fix bugs, and protect against abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

AI and third-party services

To provide AI features, we may send content you submit (such as room and object photos) to third-party AI providers for processing, such as OpenAI. We also use service providers to run our app infrastructure (Supabase), authenticate users (Apple and Google), manage subscriptions (RevenueCat and Superwall), analyze product usage (PostHog), and report errors (Sentry). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect your information.

PostHog may receive account identifiers (such as your user ID and email), usage events, and device information so we can understand how the app is used and improve it. We do not use PostHog for third-party advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos to train third-party AI models for purposes unrelated to providing the service to you, unless we clearly disclose otherwise and obtain any required consent.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete your account in the app, after which we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your rights

Cookies and this website

This website is a simple informational site. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or similar tracking technologies on this website at this time. Because we do not set non-essential cookies, a cookie consent banner is not required for your visit to this site.

Spaces is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
