Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Spaces mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Spaces ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Spaces provides tools to help you visualize and plan interior spaces, including AI-generated previews and related features. Results are for inspiration and planning only. They are not professional design, architectural, or engineering advice, and may not reflect real-world dimensions, colors, lighting, or product availability.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store (or other authorized payment providers). Subscription terms, including pricing, renewal, trial periods, and cancellation, are presented at the time of purchase and are subject to Apple's terms where applicable. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

Except where required by law or Apple's policies, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service, including providing AI features you request.

You represent that you have the right to upload your content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Use the Service to generate misleading or deceptive content presented as real photographs without appropriate disclosure.

AI-generated output

AI-generated images and suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use outputs from the Service. We do not guarantee that furniture, colors, layouts, or products shown in previews will match real-world results.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
